Kimberly Wiefling’s “Possibilities People” group is a gathering of about 300 consultants who meet on a bi-weekly basis to discuss ways to “make the pie bigger, rather than arguing over the crumbs.” No one pays to join the group and no one is paid to participate. Possibilities People are about value exchange and value creation.
